Authority to notify within three months

According to the notification issued by the Ministry, & nbsp; If the nominee gets the car after the owner, he will have to inform the registering authority within three months. With this, the nominee will have to apply by filling Form 31 within three months of the death of the owner of the vehicle. Under this, the nominee will have to apply for transfer of ownership in his own name. However, the death of the owner of the vehicle must be given to the authority within 30 days and the use of the vehicle itself will have to be given. The vehicle owner can also change the nominee in case of divorce or property sharing.
