The figure is frightening. According to several studies, depressions have increased by 30% since the start of the health crisis. This time bomb spawned a movement to create start-ups in France, initiated by Moka then Teale and now MindDay. This nugget, which saw the light of day at the end of last year, launched its marketing in April and will launch its platform this summer, with the ambition of broadening the spectrum of intervention to coaching.
“Mental well-being is a whole, and we believe that it must be approached across several disciplines,” explains Boris Pourreau, co-founder of MindDay and former creator of Sport Heroes. MindDay offers companies wishing to take care of their employees a tool to analyze their needs and put them in touch with professionals to help them. Forty psychologists, psychotherapists and coaches are thus available to help employees in difficulty and those who wish to progress in a field.
