HSV: Public prosecutor’s office is bringing charges against Bakery Jatta – he’s Daffeh

The Hamburg public prosecutor has brought charges against HSV professional “Bakery Jatta” (23)!

In a message with the heading “Charges brought in the” Jatta “case, it says:” The accused is accused of violating the Residence Act in four cases and of indirect false certification in one further case. “

Jatta came to Germany in the summer of 2015 as a refugee without a passport or residence permit. There he passed himself off as a 17-year-old. He fell into the category of “Unaccompanied Minors in Germany” – and was allowed to stay.

Around two years ago, SPORT BILD reported for the first time that Jatta could actually be Bakary Daffeh (25).

The public prosecutor: “According to the indictment, he wanted to get a toleration because of the alleged minority and the resulting obstacle to deportation. In fact, the accused had previously worked as a professional footballer for various African clubs under his real personal details, Bakary Daffeh, born on November 6th, 1995. “

In conclusion, it says: “The indictment before the juvenile judge is based on the fact that the accused was partly an adolescent, partly an adult during the period in question, and the public prosecutor sees the emphasis on the allegations that would have to be judged under juvenile law.”

Two years ago, the two African coaches Ibou Diarra and Mustapha Manneh clearly identified Jatta as their ex-player Daffeh to SPORT BILD. Since 2015 Daffeh has disappeared from the surface of the world.

On July 2, 2020, the Hamburg public prosecutor’s office had already carried out a house search in the HSV player’s apartment.
