Hannover 96: Ducksch successor here! Lukas Hinterseer will sign until 2023

Without a 3.5 million sale Marvin Ducksch (two goals in Werder’s debut) went down in Darmstadt in 96. Hendrik Weydandt was completely overwhelmed (no shot on goal, 75% lost duels). All about the game, sports director Marcus Mann (37) made the new center forward clear.

Former HSV striker Lukas Hinterseer (30) comes from South Korea. According to BILD information, the Austrian will complete his medical check in Hanover on Monday morning, then sign until 2023.

He is the tenth and last newcomer to the Reds. Hannover 96 has to pay around 300,000 euros to the Korean club Ulsan Gyundai.

Hinterseer already played for Ingolstadt, Bochum and HSV in Germany. His quota: 127 second division games, 50 goals and 56 Bundesliga games (9 goals). Because he couldn’t get past Simon Terodde in his second HSV year (only 4 appearances), he fled to South Korea in January (20 games, 6 goals).

Hinterseer approaching, Ondoua already in the middle.

King transfer Gaël Ondoua (25 / free transfer from Geneva) practiced with his new colleagues on Sunday. During the warm-up, he chatted with Patrick Twumasi in French – and even learned German on the pitch. Ondoua asked Maxi Beier how to count to ten in German.

On Wednesday at the test in Wolfsburg (12 p.m.), Ondoua will play for 96 for the first time. If everything goes well, Lukas Hinterseer should also storm his first minutes for the Reds.

Tom Trybull (28 / free transfer from Norwich) is still in quarantine, may only test himself free on Wednesday and should train with the Reds for the first time on Thursday at the earliest.
