Hannover 96: Dominik Kaiser & Sebastian Stolze: goal scorers threaten the bank

The Reds have solved the gate traffic jam: Two against Darmstadt, even three in St. Pauli – Up until then, there had never been five goals in two league games in a row.

But now coach Christoph Dabrowski has a new problem: what to do with his goalscorers?

Kaiser & Stolze threatens the bank!

Dominik Kaiser took the lead in the Kiez, Sebastian Stolze put the lid on with the 3:0. But: Both were only replacements for Gaël Ondoua (suspended) and Linton Maina (after a thigh break).

Both will be back tomorrow against Kiel – from the start? Dabro hasn’t made up his mind yet.

“It’s totally positive that some players have moved much closer to the starting eleven and are also entitled to play from the start,” says the 96 coach. “I’m very happy about it because it triggers a fight for places – and that’s always beneficial.”

A trend is emerging: Kaiser must make room for Ondoua, Stolze stays in. Dabro praises him conspicuously: “He waited a long time for his chance and I was very happy that he was rewarded.”

Lots of choice – positive for Dabro: “It’s nice for every coach when you have a large choice and also have to make difficult decisions.” It just has to be the right ones…
