These ten surprising statistics from the start under Nagelsmann prove it!
Sané
Last season, the 49 million man was still inconsistent and often just a joker at Flick: Now Leroy Sané (25 / eight goals) has been in every competitive game so far (18 games, such as Kimmich, Müller and Gnabry).
Müller
Thomas Müller (32) always played with van Gaal and Flick. At Nagelsmann too, but the vice-captain was changed most often of all Bayern stars (eleven times, like Sané).
Kimmich
It is not the regular goalkeeper who has the most playing minutes: Joshua Kimmich (26) was more on the pitch than Manuel Neuer (1539 to 1530 minutes). The six missed just 81 minutes, played three games not over 90 minutes.

Upamecano
A central defender is one of the best assists: Dayot Upamecano (23 / came for 42.5 million) is in fourth place (four assists). Müller is at the top of this ranking with twelve assists, Sané follows with ten.
Davies
Alphonso Davies (21) has already given five assists, Benjamin Pavard (25) only one – one reason: Davies plays very offensively at Nagelsmann, is often almost a wing player, as Sané usually moves to the center.
Choupo-Moting
Because of only replacement without a real chance: Behind Robert Lewandowski (33/23 goals this season) Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (32) is the second best goalscorer (eight goals as well as Gnabry and Sané) – although he is never in the starting eleven in the league and premier class was standing.
Roca
Marc Roca (24) is the only outfield player without a commitment! The Spaniard was only six times in the squad after tearing his ligament, although he has been fit again since September. The signs point to farewell or borrowing in winter! Only keeper talent Christian Früchtl (21) has not yet received a minute from the pros.

Cuisance
Sven Ulreich (33) was allowed to play more than midfield flop Michael Cuisance (22) this season – 90 minutes compared to 45 minutes in the 1st DFB Cup round.
Musiala
The youngest is the substitute king: Jamal Musiala (18) was brought twelve times by Nagelsmann (Choupo-Moting ten times, Marcel Sabitzer nine times).
Lewandowski
For whom is “Choupo” actually the backup? Substitute striker Choupo-Moting (ten times on) came into the Bundesliga more often for Müller (three times) than for Lewandowski (twice). In the premier class he only came for Lewy.
