Emma Raducanu: million dollar contract for US Open winner at Dior

It was THE tennis sensation of 2021: Emma Raducanu (18) won the US Open as a qualifier (!) In September.

For this, the British collected 2.5 million US dollars (approx. 2.15 million euros). Now there will be a few more billions.

After Raducanu signed an advertising contract with Tiffany & Co. for an estimated £ 2 million a month ago, she is now also an ambassador for the Dior fashion house.

At the world premiere of the new James Bond film (“No Time to Die”) at the end of September, Raducanu could be admired in a Dior dress.

It was a sparkling, asymmetrical dress in silver, inspired by ancient Greece. It is not known how much Raducanu received for the Dior contract. But: Actress Jennifer Lawrence (31, known from the “The Hunger Games” films) is said to have been offered up to 14 million pounds (approx. 16.5 million euros) for a three-year Dior contract in 2014.

It wasn’t sporty for Radacanu recently. At the tournament in Indian Wells she was knocked out after a bye in the second round against the Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich (2: 6, 4: 6).
