DFB Cup, semi-finals: Many HSV professionals have never experienced that

Football Germany in cup fever!

In the first DFB Cup semi-final, HSV meets SC Freiburg (from 8.45 p.m. on ARD, Sky and in the BILD live ticker).

HSV reporter Kai-Uwe Hesse knows: For many HSV players, the game is something very special for this reason: “It’s the first time in 26 months that 57,000 spectators will be in the Volksparkstadion again. Many players haven’t experienced it yet, a sold-out arena in Hamburg. Today for the first time,” says Hesse.

The hamburgers are really good! “During the final training session, the most common sentence sung by the fans was: ‘Berlin, Berlin, we’re going to Berlin!’ That hits the mood very, very well,'” says Hesse.
